Patient Attendance Policy
Your may lose your place at our practice if you

• ​Fail to make an appointment within the past 24 months.

 

• Fail to arrive, on 2 occasions within the past 24 months.

 

• Fail to provide 48 hours notice of a cancellation/ rebooking, on 2 occasions within the past 24 months.

 

• Are rude or aggressive towards any members of staff.

 

• Fail to settle any outstanding balances, in the agreed time period.

 

 

*Please note, if you are registered on a private basis and fail to attend your initial appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.
